Investment
We mostly invest in real estate funds. Our investments generate an average of 10% annual income paid on a quarterly and semi-annually basis. Our average strategy is over the term of 3 to 5 years and we increase our capital by approx. 20% upon exit. Our private equity investment strategy is usually to the same standards, but with higher returns of approx. 20% to 25% per annum.
The returns of our investments help us cover the cost of our real estate development projects.
We cover local and international markets to find the best options. Our objective is realized through technical analysis and years of experience.
Import & Distribution
We import and distribute various products from around the world after analysis supply and demand.
